I ran a little over 5 miles today in about 1 hour, so approximately 12 minute miles which is not all that great. I haven’t done that since my training times in Georgia, and I'm not in shape at this moment in time (partially due to my car accident and laziness). After about 2.5 miles, I can’t feel my body anymore and I can run forever but my laziness takes over and I stop. I’m just glad that I didn’t stop running.
